Its time for another edition of Tuesday Topics. This weeks Tuesday Topic: How do fit in physical fitness over the vacations?
I cant think that I simply typed out the word vacations. I dont like to look too far ahead around this time of year. I like to give each vacation its proper event. That being said, its really easy to get involved the stress of the holidays which leave little time for exercising. Here are a few methods I stay on track during the vacations.

Find options to normal vacation gatherings
I think in balance when it comes to fulfilling up with friends, family and colleagues for holiday gatherings. Typically vacation events focus on food, however you can move the focus to work out for some of those occasions.

Strategy your workouts
I do this all the time, so its easy to implement it for the holidays. I understand I tend to be a little busier the last two months of the year in between work and the vacations. This indicates that my daily exercises might be much shorter, but thats fine! I understand this and strategy appropriately. Plus its excellent for me to take a look at my organizer and see what my exercise looks like for the following day. It makes it less likely that I will bail on the exercise.
Involve the family
Thankfully holiday themed races are quite popular. I always feel excellent when I log miles on Thanksgiving morning.

That being said, its extremely simple to get wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays which leave little time for working out. I believe in balance when it comes to satisfying up with buddies, household and colleagues for vacation gatherings. Typically vacation gatherings focus on food, however you can shift the focus to exercise for some of those occasions. I do this all the time, so its simple to execute it for the holidays.
