I have help with the kids a few days a week, and I take full advantage of that time to fit in a workout before I work.Sometimes, fitting in my exercise indicates Im running outside in 90 degree heat at 2pm. Not ideal, however way better than not taking the time for myself and to sweat.I schedule my workouts and write them down in my organizer. Peloton run. if I can get up early enough to fit this in prior to The Mister goes to work Rest/ stroller walk. This is my day to spend with Gray, so it all depends upon our plans. Normally, Ill walk him to the park.SATURDAY
