Recently Ryan and I were talking and it struck me. Its been 10 YEARS because I changed my life permanently. I started my journey in July of 2010 and by July 2011 I was 45lbs lighter physically and about 1000lbs lighter emotionally.After all the insane diet plans and unhealthiness I never ever really thought making this a way of life was a real possibility– however here I am! Ten years later, not simply keeping the weight off, but getting to spend every ounce of energy helping you reach your objectives too! WHAT !?!? Like– how is this real life?This is why in 2012 I chose to begin teaching group fitness. I fell in love and went on to get my individual training and sports nutrition expert accreditations and finally chose to put myself out there on social networks … Love Sweat Fitness as born in 2014 and Ive never ever looked back.Love Sweat Fitness was a location to link with other ladies who were going through the same things I had gone through and reveal them there was a much better method!
