The Kaseya 2021 IT Operations Survey reveals a number of key cybersecurity findings. The study discovered that improving security remains a leading concern for IT experts in 2022 (61 percent). 54 percent of IT pros listed cybersecurity and data protection as the leading difficulty. 53 percent of participants plan to invest in e-mail security, including phishing defenses, in 2022.
Worse, while a bulk recognize the requirement for backup solutions, 60 percent of respondents specified that they think SaaS service providers are accountable for data defense. The study found that 30 percent of respondents felt that there was not adequate IT budget plan or resources to fulfill needs.
